Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Efficiently move, scan, and sort packages to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including handheld scanners, stand-up riders, and pallet jacks.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace to prevent accidents.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to meet daily productivity targets and goals.
- Quality Control: Perform thorough checks on orders to ensure customer satisfaction and correct product handling.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 49 pounds repeatedly (with or without assistance).
- Basic Literacy: Comfort with reading labels, scanning barcodes, and using handheld technology.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet business demands.
- Reliability: Consistent track record of punctuality and attendance.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
