Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our fulfillment center team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will work in a fast-paced environment that values safety, efficiency, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products: Safely handle packages of varying sizes and weights using carts, dollies, and hand trucks.
- Pick, pack, and ship orders: Accurately select items from shelves, scan them, and prepare them for shipment using handheld scanners.
- Maintain a clean workspace: Keep your work area organized and compliant with safety and sanitation regulations at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment: Safely use forklifts, pallet jacks, and other powered industrial equipment (training provided).
- Follow safety protocols: Adhere to all company safety guidelines and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Process returns and inventory: Assist in the inspection and processing of returned items to maintain inventory accuracy.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when scanning and organizing inventory.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to count, add, and subtract to ensure correct order fulfillment.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable attendance is required.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
