Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and scan orders according to Amazon's quality standards
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and warehouse areas
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counting processes
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety policies and OSHA regulations
- Support inbound receiving and outbound shipping processes
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to the San Francisco facility
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
