Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners.
- Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and adheres to all safety protocols.
- Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, and lifting up to 49 lbs repeatedly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily performance targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (loading docks, warehouses).
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items up to 49 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
