Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature conditions in refrigerated warehouses
- Handle, sort, and organize inventory with precision using RF scanners
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Adhere to strict food safety and sanitation protocols
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient loading/unloading
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments (32-40°F) for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and measurement
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- OSHA 10 or Forklift certification preferred (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
