Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and organize incoming inventory with precision
- Pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain clean, organized, and safety-compliant workstations
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to all OSHA and Amazon safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer proficiency and scanning device experience
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Ability to stand/walk 8-10 hours daily
