Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Inspect products for quality compliance and packaging integrity before shipment
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory counts and participate in cycle counts
- Collaborate with supervisors to optimize packing workflows and reduce processing time
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse fulfillment or order packing
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
