Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and pack customer orders with 99.9% accuracy
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Optimize inventory flow using handheld RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean, organized work areas to exceed OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
- Support peak season operations during holiday rushes and promotional events
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED required)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices
- Valid driver's license for equipment operation certification
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Availability for flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
