Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming shipments with precision and efficiency
- Pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanning technology
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after certification

- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Optimize workflow processes to meet daily productivity targets
- Support cross-functional teams during peak season operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights/weekends
