Responsibilities
- Pack & Ship: Safely pack, seal, and label products for shipment using standard operating procedures.
- Inventory Management: Assist in the accurate receiving and processing of inbound and outbound inventory.
- Equipment Operation: Operate powered handheld devices (like scanners) and standard warehouse equipment safely.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and coworkers to meet daily productivity goals and safety standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage and ensure all packages meet our high customer service standards.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 49 lbs (22 kg) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screen as required by Amazon policy.
- Basic Skills: Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
- Team Player: Strong desire to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work at least 4-5 shifts per week.
