Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using handheld scanners
- Efficiently pick and pack customer orders in a fast-paced environment
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
- Adhere to all Amazon policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Valid state ID and proof of eligibility to work in the US
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
