Responsibilities
- Operate high-performance material handling equipment (e.g., Stand-up forklift, Picking Cart, Scanner) to move products efficiently through the fulfillment center.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with all safety regulations.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of inventory and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and service level agreements.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure shipments meet company standards.
- Adhere to all Amazon policies and procedures regarding safety and conduct.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (indoor/outdoor) and on your feet for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 49 pounds repeatedly.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read and understand scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
