Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials and inventory within the cold storage warehouse.
- Monitor and record temperatures to ensure compliance with strict safety and health regulations.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, damage, or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in extreme cold temperatures (32°F and below).
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) preferred.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and warehouse procedures.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
