Responsibilities
- Pack and Prepare Orders: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders according to strict quality standards and shipping guidelines.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging materials are used correctly to prevent shipment damage.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of packed items and assist with cycle counting to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as required.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the packing stations and aisles clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff to streamline workflow.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED: A minimum of a high school education is preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and perform physical labor in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to follow detailed instructions precisely.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential for this role.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for inventory and weight checks.
- Team Player: Willingness to work collaboratively within a diverse team environment.
