Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, powered hand trucks) safely and efficiently.
- Ensure the warehouse environment is clean, organized, and adheres to all safety regulations (OSHA compliance).
- Scan barcodes and utilize handheld scanners to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily performance targets and goals.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs (22 kg) repeatedly and stand or walk for long periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to read labels and work with technology.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety standards.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
