Responsibilities
- Receive, process, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and according to training guidelines.
- Sort, stow, and organize inventory in designated storage areas to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to meet daily operational goals and productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment requiring constant movement.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 49 pounds (approximately 22 kg) repeatedly.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills for scanning and data entry.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
