Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by scanning items and updating stock records in real-time.
- Ensure product integrity by strictly adhering to temperature control logs and safety standards.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues to management immediately.
- Keep the warehouse organized to ensure safe and efficient workflow at all times.
- Assist in quality control by removing damaged or expired stock from the storage area.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments (32°F and below) for extended shifts.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check and drug screen.
