Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Load and unload freight using powered industrial equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Ensure the warehouse workspace remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to maintain a secure environment.
- Scan and track inventory using handheld scanners and computer systems.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and quotas.
- Perform quality checks on products before they are shipped to customers.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods (up to 10+ hours).
- Basic computer skills and the ability to read labels and scan barcodes.
- Willingness to work in varying temperature-controlled environments (hot/cold).
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and focus on safety.
