Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently move products throughout the warehouse using scanners and pallet jacks
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99% accuracy to meet daily targets
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, conveyors) after completing OSHA-certified training
- Maintain organized inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to strict safety protocols including proper lifting techniques and PPE usage
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve workflow bottlenecks
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices
- Valid government-issued photo ID and ability to pass background check
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work in a temperature-controlled environment (10-100°F)
