Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using handheld scanning devices
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and conveyor systems
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and stock rotation
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Process returns and damaged goods according to Amazon guidelines
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and stand/walk for entire shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Reliable transportation to the 1200 Amazon Way facility
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
