Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) to move materials
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Inspect and report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards
- Load/unload shipments following company protocols
- Organize and stage materials for production/distribution
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification preferred (training provided)
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Willingness to operate various material handling equipment
