The Role
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders on time. You will operate material handling equipment, sort packages, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort packages accurately and efficiently.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks) in a safe manner.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
- Sort and prepare items for shipment using scanners and computer systems.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily performance targets.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and move boxes up to 49 pounds.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Willingness to work in various temperature-controlled environments.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
