Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, stack, and organize inventory with precision and care.
- Load and unload freight trucks efficiently while adhering to strict shipping schedules.
- Maintain accurate inventory logs and perform routine stock counts to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and fully compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Assist in the packaging and preparation of goods for shipment to clients.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and promptly report any maintenance needs to management.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CFPO) or valid forklift license required.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Physically fit to lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Experience with RF scanners and warehouse management software is a plus.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety protocols and procedures.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility daily.
