Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Inspect equipment daily to ensure it is in safe working condition and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Manage inventory by accurately counting, scanning, and recording stock using handheld scanners.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the warehouse floor and aisles, to ensure safety compliance.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of orders and efficient workflow.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided for certified candidates.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (for outdoor loading docks).
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
