Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using barcode scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (forklifts, pallet jacks) after paid certification
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock counting and rotation
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards at all times
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Optimize warehouse processes through continuous improvement suggestions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays during peak seasons
- Valid state ID and reliable transportation to Toledo facility
- No prior warehouse experience required – training provided
