Responsibilities
- Execute efficient order picking, packing, and shipping processes
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, pallet jacks) with precision
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock counts
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Support inventory management and cycle counting initiatives
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Participate in continuous improvement programs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid California Driver's License (forklift operation a plus)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible schedule availability including nights/weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
