Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inspect products for defects and damages before packing.
- Operate warehouse machinery and handheld scanning devices safely.
- Organize inventory and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
- Label packages correctly and verify shipping details.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
