Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select and prepare merchandise for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment (equipment provided and training available).
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and ensure stock levels are accurate within assigned zones.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols, including wearing PPE and maintaining a clean workspace.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging to prevent loss during transit.
- Organization: Maintain an organized, orderly warehouse floor to facilitate efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when picking orders and managing inventory.
- Basic Math: Proficiency in basic arithmetic for inventory verification and scanning.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Driver's License: Valid state-issued driver's license required.
