Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Develop and articulate the company's 2026 technology roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Innovation Leadership: Identify emerging technologies (e.g., advanced AI, Web3, AR/VR) and evaluate their potential to disrupt the market.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing global engineering and R&D team.
- Resource Allocation: Oversee budget planning for capital expenditures, software licenses, and research initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the C-suite and product teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure operational continuity.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 15+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a C-level or executive strategy role.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining and executing long-term technology strategies (5+ year horizons).
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML, Cloud Architecture, and emerging tech trends relevant to 2026.
- Leadership: Exceptional ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Communication: Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
