Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain cold storage temperatures in compliance with FDA regulations
- Safely operate pallet jacks and forklifts in refrigerated environments
- Inspect and organize frozen inventory using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to strict hygiene and safety protocols for cold storage operations
- Load/unload temperature-controlled trucks using proper loading techniques
- Conduct daily equipment checks and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Ability to work in 0°F environments for extended periods
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly with proper technique
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
