- Monitor and maintain optimal temperatures (-10°F to 40°F) in refrigerated/freezer storage areas
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and material handling equipment safely
- Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments for quality and compliance
- Implement FIFO inventory management systems using warehouse management software
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols in cold environments
- Document temperature logs and inventory movements accurately
- Collaborate with logistics team for seamless distribution operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
