Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.) with provided training and safety gear
- Sort, scan, and pack customer orders with precision
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock counting
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Optimize workflow efficiency using provided handheld scanners
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in warehouse environment
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with provided equipment assistance
- Reliable transportation to Newark facility
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- No prior warehouse experience required – equipment training provided
