Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label customer orders using provided industrial equipment
- Operate packing machinery and conveyor systems with precision
- Perform quality checks on outgoing packages for integrity
- Maintain organized workstation and inventory records
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Report equipment malfunctions to maintenance team
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation to our North Kansas City facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new equipment
