Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in sub-zero environments (-10°F to 0°F)
- Load/unload refrigerated trailers with precision and efficiency
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using RF scanners
- Adhere to strict HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Monitor temperature controls and report equipment malfunctions
- Perform quality checks on perishable goods
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Ability to work in extreme cold conditions (4+ hours daily)
- Valid forklift certification preferred (training provided)
