Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature-controlled inventory in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts in refrigerated zones
- Execute FIFO inventory rotation and cycle counting procedures
- Safely handle perishable goods including dairy, frozen foods, and pharmaceuticals
- Complete digital warehouse management system transactions
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Participate in monthly sanitation and facility maintenance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or warehouse experience
- Certification in refrigerated food handling (preferred)
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Experience with warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Stamina for standing 8+ hours in cold environments
- Attention to detail in inventory accuracy
