Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and temperature monitoring systems
- Load/unload temperature-sensitive products (food, pharmaceuticals) using provided cold-weather PPE
- Maintain precise inventory records in our WMS system for refrigerated zones
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols in sub-zero environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient dock scheduling
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Ability to work in 35°F-40°F environments for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-sponsored training
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail in temperature-sensitive operations
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50lbs regularly
