Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperatures (-10°F) in refrigerated storage zones
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts with precision and safety
- Execute inventory control procedures using RF scanners
- Adhere to HACCP and FDA cold chain compliance standards
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing perishable goods
- Document temperature logs and warehouse activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or refrigerated warehouse experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail in inventory management
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
