Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates, ensuring productivity and safety standards
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Conduct regular safety training and maintain OSHA compliance documentation
- Manage inventory control systems, including cycle counts and discrepancy resolution
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless logistics operations
- Generate performance reports and KPIs for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- Proven track record of leading teams and achieving operational goals
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety protocols
- Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory software
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends when needed
- Forklift certification required
