Responsibilities
- Maintain strict temperature control and monitoring in -10°F frozen storage zones
- Safely load/unload refrigerated trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Conduct inventory counts and cycle counts in frozen conditions
- Adhere to HACCP and FDA compliance protocols for food handling
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing frozen products
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in cold storage areas
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in -10°F environment for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of warehouse safety protocols
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
