Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperatures (-10°F to 40°F) in refrigerated and freezer sections
- Safely handle, palletize, and inventory frozen/perishable products
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Adhere to strict sanitation and HACCP compliance standards
- Perform quality checks and report equipment malfunctions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments (thermal gear provided)
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly with proper technique
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
