Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload shipments using manual and powered equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Inspect goods for damage and verify inventory against packing lists
- Maintain organized warehouse storage systems and efficient workflow
- Operate warehouse machinery following safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle count activities
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory verification
- Valid driver's license preferred (forklift certification a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
