Responsibilities
- Maintain precise inventory control in temperature-controlled environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and refrigeration equipment following OSHA standards
- Load/unload shipments while maintaining strict food safety protocols
- Conduct quality inspections and document temperature logs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Implement FIFO rotation systems and maintain organized storage zones
- Adhere to HACCP guidelines and GMP standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR (required for equipment operation)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly with proper technique
- Flexibility to work nights/weekends during peak seasons
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Willingness to obtain required certifications (provided)
