Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature control in -10°F frozen storage areas
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts for efficient product movement
- Conduct inventory audits using warehouse management systems
- Enforce HACCP and OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Package and label perishable goods according to specifications
- Perform preventive maintenance on refrigeration equipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/cold storage experience
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly in cold environments
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to work 8-12 hour shifts including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
