Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and ship orders according to company standards and customer specifications
- Inspect products for quality and completeness before packaging
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., scanners, conveyors) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets
- Ensure work areas comply with OSHA safety regulations
- Process returns and damaged goods according to protocol
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred (for occasional local deliveries)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends during peak seasons
