Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in sub-zero (-10°F) environments
- Monitor and maintain refrigeration unit temperatures and humidity levels
- Prioritize food safety protocols during product handling and storage
- Perform inventory audits using RF scanning technology
- Sanitize equipment and storage areas per USDA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient loading/unloading
Qualifications
- Ability to work in extreme cold conditions (0°F to -10°F)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic math skills for inventory management
