Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload freight using provided forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain accurate inventory records through our digital tracking system
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies
- Operate warehouse equipment following OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with team to optimize loading schedules
- Participate in monthly warehouse efficiency meetings
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math and inventory skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment operation)
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
