Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature controls (-10°F to 40°F) in refrigerated/freezer zones
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts for efficient product movement
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing perishable goods
- Adhere to strict HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Manage inventory using barcode scanning systems
- Rotate stock using FIFO (First In, First Out) methods
- Document temperature logs and operational metrics
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Comfortable working in sub-zero temperatures
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (evenings/weekends)
