Responsibilities
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to locate and retrieve merchandise accurately.
- Pack, label, and prepare items for shipment according to safety and quality standards.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure correct labeling on all packages.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely when required by shift operations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production quotas and efficiency goals.
- Sort and stage incoming inventory for processing.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred; experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Reliable attendance and a positive work attitude.
- Valid Driver’s License is a plus but not mandatory.
