Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal cold storage conditions (-10°F to 40°F zones)
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks in refrigerated environments
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks using RF scanners
- Adhere to HACCP and FDA food safety protocols
- Document temperature logs and equipment maintenance records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training provided)
- Valid forklift certification (training available)
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
