Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts/pallet jacks) safely
- Perform cycle counts and maintain organized inventory systems
- Collaborate with team to meet nightly shipping/receiving targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Complete quality checks on outgoing shipments
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Stamina to stand/walk 8-10 hours overnight
- Basic math and communication skills
- Reliable transportation to night shift hours
- Willingness to pass pre-employment background check
